By purchasing from or attending any event hosted by The Lynn Club, you agree to the following policies:

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through The Lynn Club website are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts or failure to attend an event.

The Lynn Club does not sell tickets through third-party platforms. Tickets are only available via our official website, thelynnclub.com. We are not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized sources.

Photo & Video Release

By attending a Lynn Club event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed and/or recorded.

These photos and videos may be used by The Lynn Club for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. This also extends to any brands, partners, or businesses involved in the event, who may use content captured for their own marketing and promotional use.

By attending, you grant The Lynn Club and its partners full rights to use this content without compensation or additional consent.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending any Lynn Club event, you understand and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

The Lynn Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after any event. This includes, but is not limited to, physical activity, use of equipment, or interactions within the event space.

By attending, you agree to release and hold harmless The Lynn Club, its team, partners, and affiliated businesses from any and all claims or liabilities.
